Hello, hello everyone and welcome to a special edition of Football America's coming to you on a Saturday.

Going up on a Saturday, I'm Alexis Eunice, alongside Hercules Gomez. Casey Keller is also joining us a lot to break down. Jeff Carlyle will be joining us as well from Austin, Texas, as we look back on that U.S. men's national team game against Ecuador Plus. There's some good things going on for the younger U.S. men's national team at the under 20 World Cup. They're cruising through to the quality finals.

We'll talk about that later on.

But first, let's bring in Casey Keller, because like I said, we have to talk about that game.

I know it was just a friendly, but it seemed like it could be a nice test for Mauricio Pochettino and his men.

Because Ecuador, we know how much of a powerhouse they can be in Conmebel.

So let's have a look at the highlights now, shall we?

It all went down last night in Austin, Texas.

Yeah, Galindez does very good to get low, but Paul and Balagan, Malik Tillman,

showing how they can combine very well.

Malik Tillman finds Balagan, Baligan's exploding the space, and on that left foot forces Galindas to make a tremendous save. And Balagan was pretty lively in this game. Her career is again cutting in, trying to find that corner just misses. Yeah, he likes that favorable right foot. This is a bit of a deflection for me right there. I think it comes off a deflection. If not, I think that's going on net and forcing Galindez again. does's again. Alright, well here's where things change now. Weston McKinney, kind of giving the ball away there. Ecuador on the counter. Chris Richard managing to close down the space, but Enra Valencia, yes, at 35 years old can still do that. Oh, all or nothing challenge, but Aiden Morris ends up being nothing. Oh, that touch right there perfectly sets him up, full stride. Chris Richard gets spun like a top and then a question of maybe Matt Fleece, can he do a little bit more there? He's not going to care. And then here, Chris Richards, a moment of, who, brilliant from the center back by Galendez again up to the task. Look at the save. It gets down low. It's not an easy save at all.
