icing out the United States. You have Prime Minister Modi of India, meeting with President Lula of

Brazil at the BRICS conference in Rio de Janeiro. You've got President Lula of Brazil, meeting with

the president of Indonesia. Take a look right here. This is the

face of Mexican foreign policy right now. Used to be Mexico and the United States with a close bond.
