Summary

In Urban Decay we start with some fights at Mr. Panda Buffet and the Indiana State Fair. We also show an unhinged Fedex worker who assaults a gas station employee and steals alcohol. We end urban with some bad kids who were caught stealing and act like they mama when confronted.
