morning because there's a ton to get to. But the first things first, yesterday people might

have said, hey, guys, we're 83 days, 84 days from funding. Why are we talking about a government

shutdown? But I think this morning's top reflects the fact of how difficult and tense it is when

it comes to the appropriations process that it's not just the House where things are a mess,

but it's the Senate, which typically the appropriations process has been much more of a bipartisan

we're going to figure out the spending levels. We're going to work on, you know, what's going to

happen at the committee level and come to an agreement and then kind of move things along.
