Summary

As ladies in our 40s, we've got perimenopause on our minds – let's chat about it! We share where we are personally in this journey, what our interaction with providers has been like , and how we'd like to see the conversation around perimenopause change.

For Friends of the Show on Patreon, we have a companion bonus book club episode for you! We are discussing The New Menopause by Dr. Mary Claire Haver. In the episode we dive even deeper into the changes that menopause brings and how we can navigate it as comfortably and gracefully as possible.
