This is not good. A tourist holiday in Egypt has died after being bitten by what is believed to have been a cobra during a snake show.

57-year-old had been attending the performance alongside three other members of his family.

When a snake charmer allowed the reptile to crawl up his pants legs.

During the show, which was hosted by a hotel in early April, tourists were able to hold the snakes and place them around their necks.

But the snake charmer let one of the animals, thought to be a cobra cobra climb up to the top of a tourist trouser

leg, a man from a Bavaria. The unnamed man was then bidden by the snake. Why? Well, here's the

thing. I guess maybe when the snake's going up there, maybe the charmer, certainly the tourist,

would not know how to safely extract it, but it also leads me to believe that maybe the guy who's the snake charmer in that moment

also does not know how to safely do it.

So he just tried to play along.

I guess.

That just seems insane.
