I have a message I want to share with you that's really near and dear to my heart.

God has been dealing with me in my personal life over the past couple years, and specifically

over the past couple of months, I feel like he's just been really nailing this message

into me.

And so I'm excited to share this with you.

Here at TC, we have a culture code.

Now many of you guys know what this culture code is.

It's 12 guiding principles for us to be able to reach our vision.

This is a type of culture that we want to have.

I've been working here, if you don't know me, my name is Bree, and I work here at the

church, and I've been working here for the past six years, and I remember us sitting down

to come up with the culture code.

I remember us going down, and we had, I mean, too many words, probably, that we wanted

to put on there, but we decided to have 12.

And I'll never forget, Pastor Mike, we're at the end of deciding what we're going to put

on the culture code, and Pastor Mike said, hey, we cannot leave out fun.

Fun has to be a part of us as a church.

People have to know us as a fun church.
