We all do it.

We all do it and I feel like that is, I think a healthy consumption of social media is important.

I think that's something that I've really learned along the way is not consuming things that make you feel a certain way.

That has been a very big muscle i have had to flex i would say

or work out because you know it does social media is going to do that you know we've talked about this a

little bit like i do like my aesthetic a certain way that's just how i am i like it pretty i like it

looking good but life isn't like that.
