And I do want to start out by congratulating all of my personally coaching clients, Julie. A lot of them, I would say half of them haven't been with me for that long. And they are doing so good, getting together with a pre-listing pack, going on listing appointments, learning how to do price reductions. It's just so, I don't know. I have to say, Julie, in the 30 years you and I've been working together, in the 34 years we've been married, the only, like, I do miss going on. If I think about all of our past incarnations, I truly, I miss going on listing appointments. I do. I do. I just do. I love listening appointments. Why do you think that is for our listeners that might be curious about that. Competition. Yeah. |
