pretty much whatever is on our minds. A lot of you have said this is your favorite podcast of all

of ours that we do, which is kind of a compliment, kind of not because we put so much effort into our other shows. And by the way, if this is your first fun Friday, the other shows are all about real estate. And sometimes we, I think today we're going to talk about real estate a lot, but not always. Yeah, exactly. And we do have an outline and we do have notes and whatnot. And we are going to be talking about, you know julie's prepared for us to talk about 50 year loans portable mortgages things of that nature so

this year than it has in. I mean, last year, we have increased our downloads on iTunes. I'm not going to yammer about this because you guys don't really care that much, but here's the bottom line. And we've done literally thousands and thousands of podcasts. And normally what happens is podcast plateau and then, you know,

you have your listenership and that's it.

This one is growing.
