0:59.3	my original take on this when I first saw this I'm like, this is actually not complicated this is a humongous problem and
1:06.7	It's actually a little more complicated because of Georgia grand jury law, but it's not I'm getting a lot I got a lot of commentators on Twitter like oh no it's this no big deal and
1:16.3	unfortunately it is kind of a big deal okay so can you explain first the Georgia law because I it's different than the
1:31.2	secrecy laws for or the you know rules around federal grand juries.
1:35.1	Correct and really also federal grand jury law in most states as far as I as far as
1:40.9	far as I know so typically grand jurors cannot share anything about what happens in the
1:45.8	grand jury. That's just there are absolute secrecy laws and so if you share what happened before the grand jury witnesses can share but but you know if a
1:56.5	prosecutor or a grand juror shares what happens in the grand jury they can actually be charged with a crime
2:01.6	and serious business.
