In the morning, you know, Gandhi and I have this ritual.

We will go down to the coffee room, down, you know, on the floor that we're on in the studios.

And then you can see the carnage from the night before, because, you know, the cleaning crew has not come in yet.

You open the microwave.

It has, like, sauce spattered all over the thing or splattered,

whatever you want to call it. And then coffee cups everywhere and just someone will take,

you know, they'll crumple up a napkin and just leave it there. They won't throw it away.

You see that everywhere you go in our building, right? For sure. Everywhere.

Bathroom, it's a mess. Everywhere it's a mess. And so the story came out that says half of us, 50% of people here, ignore messes and leave them for someone else to clean.
