The idea is kind of similar to a New Year's resolution, where you commit to making a change

in your life right now.

And the goal is to carry it through the end of the year across the final hundred or so days of 2025.

So are we just taking our New Year's resolutions that we haven't done anything with and like

renaming them for right now?

Shifting them.

It doesn't have to be like a traditional resolution.

It's just supposed to be a way to shake off your summer laziness and really lock in on success for the next few months.
