We'll start with the commanders.

If you told me they were going to put up 27 points and Marcus Mariotto is going to play pretty good football.

I'd say they were going to beat the Atlanta Falcons who were shut out a week ago by the dreadful Carolina Panthers.

I might have thought that too.

But the Atlanta Falcons racked up 435 yards of offense against this Washington defense

and they get the win 34 to 27

We talked about it throughout the week

We knew the Falcons would have a better performance at home

than they showed in that humiliating loss to the Carolina Panthers

It was a perfect storm I didn't know that it was going to be a Michael Pennock's career best. Bejohn, career best yards from scrimmage, and Drake London emerged. When all three of those guys are, you know, at nine or ten, you're not going to beat that team. We said they're going to get Bejohn and Drake London involved. I thought it was a perfect setup. We were coming off a high on all three phases. They were coming off an absolute dud. There was going to be a little bit of regression. And I thought it would just be close to the fourth quarter. It wasn't even really that close. Like they smoked us basically from the beginning.

We held, you know, we had opportunities sort of in theory, but we got smoke, got our asses

kicked by the Atlanta Falcons.

So it was somewhat humiliating.

After the Debo touchdown, though, you're within a score, right?
