Well, hey, it's Friday already.

Well, remember, it's just a four-day week, but we got a lot to get to today.

And it looks like it's going to rain all day. Then it'll stop raining tonight. No rain

tonight. And then tomorrow will be okay. Sunday, there is a possibility of snow, but it looks like

it's just one to three inches, maybe one inch. And that storm could change direction. So we'll keep

an eye on that. President Trump has said Iran has 10 to 15 days, 10 to 15 days to come to the bargaining table, work out a deal or else.

Now, remember, he loves that 10 to 15 days.

He's done that a number of times in other situations, 10 to 15 days, and then 48 hours later he attacks. So don't count on

that 10 to 15 days. A lot of people, and this is his Washington rumor at this point, say

Saturday's the day for the attack. But who knows, who knows? And then some say, well, he wouldn't do it

before the State of the Union. You never know. You never know with him. They may have an attack figured out that's so precise, so clever, can't miss, that they would do it before the State of the Union. Here's President Trump. Now is the time for Iran to join us on a path that will complete what we're doing. And if they join us, that'll be great. If they don't join us, that'll be great too. But it would be a very different path. Yeah. Now, sometimes he does a little strike, just a little something to motivate you. If you're not quite at the table, a little strike first. So that could happen Saturday. The war in Gaza is over. That's another war. We'll get to that a little later. 10 to 15 days. State of the Union is Tuesday night and he's got a lot to talk about.

You know, they've created this whole affordability myth. I mean, there has been an affordability

crisis caused by Joe Biden where he had inflation up to 9% a staggering

amount and things a mess. The president has brought it down. You got inflation hovering around

two and a half percent now and slowly but surely dropping latest report up a little but

overall overall down. So he's got to explain that to the american

people that this affordability crisis that's been there is getting much better now he's got to be

careful advisors have been telling this don't say it's solved don't say you fixed it because people

still feel it so you've got to say here's what we've gotten done.

Here's the improvement. We're not done yet. Here's what's coming. So you've got to do it that way. They'll talk about it Tuesday night. They would say affordable and everybody would say, oh, Trump's cause, no, they caused, they caused the affordability problem and we've solved it. and we're going still lower,

but we've solved it.
