But we have our friend, Chef Swoop, who's coming in today. He always brings us delicious treats with me. I'm excited. Yeah, we, we started like, because he was the guy who came in and did the, uh, the omelet station, which everybody always dreamed of and then he's come in, like a, like a brisket hash. He's got a bunch of different stuff for us. Yeah, yeah. Chicken and waffles and things like that. Well, we heard recently about, you know, with the cold snap. Snap. That there were these iguanas falling out of trees in Florida. And that there were a couple local places that were like taking them and cooking them up. Yeah. And then we heard about that. We heard about that one recipe that somebody was sharing about how to make a guana. Was it a guana tacos? Tacos. Yeah. Yeah, it can go on anything. Yeah. So anyway, we have Chef Swoop coming in using the iguana meat that C-Bass procured. I didn't go and capture an iguana myself. I found a reputable, I guess, company that-reputable dealer. Plug. Mail it to me, all frozen. Yeah, it's all frozen. |
