Summary

The Strait of Hormuz is fully open as of today, Iran has announced, through the end of the ceasefire period. The stock market is soaring on the news, while oil prices are dropping. Zohran Mamdani’s wife, Rama Duwaji, has apologized for the harmful social media posts she made years ago. Former Governor Cuomo’s no-bail, no-jail law has contributed to a rise in major crimes in NYC by releasing repeat offenders back onto the streets, leaving the city at odds with its own residents. Mark interviews TV personality, Rhonda Shear. Rhonda’s new Up All Night preview and show airs tonight on Roku! Mark asks Rhonda how she handles the heat while living in hot, humid Florida. NYC has also experienced a stretch of unusually hot days recently. Rhonda and Mark share an observation: "Watch how people walk." It says a lot about their character.  President Trump was asked about his thoughts on Eric Swalwell, and his response was a classic! Mark explains why people keep cutting the cord on streaming services: prices are rising fast. Pluto TV remains one of Mark’s favorite free streaming options. President Trump continues his push to build a ballroom, but certain judges are moving to block the project. In addition, a new landmark called the Victory Arch is on the horizon, another ambitious build the President is championing. Ex-NBC anchor Brian Williams is launching a new podcast. Mark interviews NY Post Columnist Miranda Devine. Left-wing media networks, such as MSNOW, may need grief therapy in the wake of President Trump’s recent accomplishments. Mark raises the question: Is the real problem for Democrats that they can’t quite put their finger on what bothers them so much about President Trump? According to the latest reports, Hunter Biden has left the U.S. amid mounting legal bills, but is it true? Miranda did a deep dive into why the allegations surrounding Eric Swalwell were never brought to light earlier in his career, especially now as he eyes a run for governor.
