Kirschaw is defined by being terrible in the playoffs.

It's so weird. I don't know why.

Now the Dodgers are going to probably still win that series. They're up to one.

He came in and I think he got three outs in the first inning that he pitched. And then the second

inning, he gives up five runs. Yeah, it went from like 3-1 to 8-8-1. Yeah. It's a weird thing where he's won multiple Cy Youngs.

He will be in the Hall of Fame.

Unbelievable regular season pitcher,

but for some reason in the playoffs,

he hasn't been the same pitcher.

Now, he's not the same pitcher that he was during his prime.

He's about to retire.

I just feel bad. I don't know why. It just feels weird because it's incongruent. You can't wrap your brain around it. You don't know how to make sense of it. There's some of that. Other than you see that in sports, you know, that's the wrap on Lamar Jackson, for example. That Lamar Jackson is a different quarterback in the playoffs.
