To be completely candid,

shows based on honesty.

Feels like day 78. Yeah. It feels it feels like a while. It feels it feels long. It does. I did

stumble. I have a little gym in my condo complex sources say that it shut down

but they haven't padlocked it so I've been kind of gone and they have a

little TV in there and they have Big Ten Network and I flipped it on last night at about six when I just did a little walk on the treadmill quarantine walk and it had Tennessee Purdue from the last year's NCAA tournament.

Remember, it was just a great game, the little guy hit a bunch of threes.

It might have been one of the games of the tournament, and I just put myself in mode like this is happening right now to make it to the sweet 16.

And it was cool. You were able to lose yourself for a moment. I lost myself as M&M would say in the moment. I lost myself as Eminem would say in the moment. Yeah and and I did yeah.

That's good. Because a guy today is we're recording this on Monday we'd have a Sweet 16.

Right? Monday we'd have a sweet 16, right?

Yeah, would.

But this is about positivity and survival.
