because i was asked about that on sunday during a gambling show so early this morning i woke up

to looking at my phone and the dodgers were leading the cubs three to 1, and it said in the season opener,

Dodgers ended up winning that game 4 to 1 over the Cubs.

It was a regular season game opening day for the Dodgers and the Cubs in Tokyo.

This rings very familiar to me because I think I had the exact same reaction a year

ago and maybe the last two years. But is it me or does baseball do a horrible job of letting

people know that their regular season started today.

Like, wouldn't you want people to know that opening day was today?

Again, I could be completely missing it and just completely out of it, and maybe all of you

know that baseball started.

The Nats still have seven or eight spring training games left.

They don't open up for another nine days. I think it's March 27th. And as does the rest of

baseball. This is a two-game series in Tokyo, but it counts as regular season games. And I would

imagine that it generates a lot more money for Major League Baseball

being actual games that count.

I guess the Japanese understand the difference between spring training exhibition

and real games, and they wanted the real thing.

And I would assume that Major League Baseball's making a lot of money off of it,
