Brian Flores is out for us as a defensive coordinator reports late yesterday.

He is going to sign a contract extension with Minnesota if he doesn't get a head coaching job.

So if he misses out on the Pittsburgh job or the Raiders job or any other head coaching job,

Brian Flores will return to Minnesota as the defensive coordinator with a new contract.

Washington also has requested and will interview Al Harris for their defensive coordinator position.

You know, Brad had an experience early in his career where he was asked to come in for the Great

Warren Moon. He wasn't replacing Bo Knicks like Jared Stidham is doing this weekend,

and it wasn't for an NFC championship game, but it was for a very good football team that

had a very good record midway through the season. We'll talk to Brad about, you know, how you get buy-in from the rest of the team as a backup

quarterback getting ready to play for the first time because that was really Brad's first

experience in being a starter.

We can talk to him about both games, have them preview both as well.

It's been a while since we've had Brad on the show.

I think he probably has another really good season,
