I'm a diehard Dallas fan, but love listening to the deep weeds conversations that only real fans have.

I like you and many of your listeners miss the old name.

It's never felt the same since the change, even for a rival fan.

Not the reason for writing you, though.

The reason is I think Scott Turner seemed to like Drake May more than Jaden Daniels, but wouldn't say it.

I do want to just start with this, though.

I hear this all the time from Cowboy, Eagle, and Giant fans.

And I think it's the same way I would feel if they change their names and uniforms, the

whole thing.

It wouldn't seem the same.

You know, if the Redskins were playing, you know, the roughnecks, you know, the Dallas

roughnecks, it just, the Dallas roughnecks.

It just wouldn't seem the same in different uniforms.

I mean, there's a certain level of heritage and brand attachment to all of these brands in the NFC East that we've all had.

So I get that, Ben, and I hear that all the time.

So I think Ben is right. I think Scott actually does like Drake May a little bit more than Jaden Daniels. But I'm wondering how he got that from the

conversation that I had with Scott Turner. This was from my podcast on Friday, but we played this section of the show yesterday.

And it wasn't a long, you know, a topic of conversation on Drake May and Jaden Daniels.
