Summary

Massive flooding hit New York and New Jersey over the last 24 hours due to a major storm. Hurricane Melissa caused severe damage to Jamaica, leaving the country in shambles. Ken interviews NJ State Senator Mike Testa. The government shutdown is the Democrats' fault since they don't believe in scrapping the filibuster. Millions of Americans will lose SNAP benefits tomorrow if a solution isn't worked out today. Mike thinks it's time for NJ to have a Republican governor. New Jersey's gubernatorial race is neck and neck as we approach election day on November 4th. Republican Jack Ciatarelli is allegedly 1 point behind Democrat Mikie Sherill. Zohran Mamdani is up by double digits in NYC's race as we head into the weekend. Ken interviews Minority Leader of the NYC Council, Joann Ariola. Zohran Mamdani is telling voters what they want to hear, which is attracting the young vote. 69% of NYC residents 50 and under support Mamdani.
