tell me that an additional $5 million per year, and he writes in parentheses,

25 team offered would probably, Terry would probably accept 30. That's what he's implying

anyway. Do you, are you trying to tell me that an additional five million per year for a

franchise that is worth

closer to $8 billion now than the $6 billion they paid for it?

Wouldn't be worth it?

Seems like the biggest example of Penny Wise Pound Foolish I can remember this franchise being

a part of. Thank you for that, Gary. First of all, I think the team, because of the Lakers

sale of $10 billion, I think the team is probably worth closer to $8 billion than it is the $6 billion.

They paid for it.

Remember, in the moment two years ago, it seemed like maybe an overpayment, even though I think

everybody said that you can't overpay for an NFL franchise.

They just keep going up and they're going to keep going up,

especially in the future when the NFL allows private equity,

when they allow foreign money, et cetera, it's going to be worth even more.

So that is interesting, and I think I've mentioned it recently,

that it's becoming, you know,

a little bit more evident that they got themselves a franchise that's worth a lot more money

today than it was two years ago. And maybe a lot more. I don't know if it's $8 billion. I mean,
