And you're like, they're never going to call.

If you don't want them to call for that one. But this one's nice. I assume that most invites or, yeah, we'll see each other later's, are not real. I think they're all empty. And maybe that's just us being jaded people who live in Southern California, where

most people are saying things just to say them. Yeah, we should do dinner sometime. Oh, yeah, that

sounds great. We're never going to do dinner sometime. I've run into the same guy probably six

times over the last year, and it's always a random run-in somewhere in the Valley Village, North Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks area.

And every time it goes like this, hey man, how you been? Are we going to get together? Yeah, we should do that one of these days. All right, I'll give me a call. Yeah, absolutely. Let me look, because I think we're traveling, but I'm not really sure. I'll get back to you. And I don't think either of us have any intention of ever sitting down and having a meal.

So then what if next time you saw him and he starts doing the thing where, hey, we should? And then you could say, you know what, we're never going to. Yeah. Should we just be honest and know that we are never going to see each other? And we can just continue with the pleasantries and move on with our lives. I think that's what we both want. One of you has to say it.

I thought, didn't you just have that couple that you were supposed to get together with cancel for like the fourth time? This is the fourth. And she even like gave an excuse where she's like, I woke up with a sickness that I think is going to last a long time. That's crazy. That's on you, Alex. And then it was like, maybe we'll touch base after the holidays.

And I was like, this is crazy. When you're getting pushed back to the other... But what's crazy is that she will text me. That's what I don't understand. It's the mixed messages.
