The legal tampering period in the NFL opened up yesterday.

The new league year begins tomorrow. The bills

and Tyler Bass, they've agreed to a revised contract worth $1 million guaranteed. Yesterday,

they agreed to terms with cornerback D. Alford on a three-year $21 million deal.

And they also signed quarterback Kyle Allen on a two-year $4.1 million contract.

They re-signed Punter Mitch Wischnowski to a one-year deal.

They did lose a couple of players as the Saints agreed to terms with left guard David Edwards

on a four-year $61 million contract, and the Titans signed quarterback Mitchell Trubisky

on a two-year contract, and the Patriots signed fullback Reggie Gilliam.

And looking around the NFL, some of the notable moves. Wide receiver Mike Evans signing with the 49ers on a three-year deal. The Falcons agreed to a deal with quarterback Tuatunga Vialoa on a one-year contract, and the Dolphins signed quarterback Malik Willis. Travis Kelsey staying with the Chiefs on a one-year $12 million contract.
