Everybody, welcome to your Tuesday podcast.

It's a little more busy than we thought it would be. Brad and I spent yesterday for your, you know, first thing in the morning podcast is we ultimately got two of those pods talking about the ramifications of everything that June 1st brings, how the Browns gets some cap relief for some guys that they did post-June designations on, and then obviously the lingering and growing noise of a Miles Garrett trade. It got really

spicy in the morning, some serious rumors being thrown around, and then ultimately it came to be

that the Browns traded Miles over to the Rams, a team that you and I thought was one of the leading contenders

way back when we first discussed this. It goes back to Brad when they signed, not signed,

but when they executed that alteration of the option bonus in the contract to give him

until the start of the year to pay that out. So the Rams will be on the hook for that paycheck now. But we'll talk about what the actual cap ramifications are. That's just like what you're paying him as a part of the contract. It's a big chunk of money going to him, not necessarily tied to what the Rams are accountable for on the salary cap. Like I said, Dan Graziano put out a tweet about that that I will cover with you guys. But it's a big trade. I mean, I certainly didn't think when we were addressing it yesterday, Brad, that it was going to happen this quickly, 2 o'clock, 4 o'clock deadline. I said on the show yesterday, I went out for a walk and I go then later walk to, like I do two separate ones, and I go walk and pick up my kiddo from school.

And I was like, I don't know why, but I'm just going to leave a half hour in between the time I get back from this walk and the time to leave the next one. It's just enough time to react to it. It was right when I walked in the door that the news kind of came out. So there's a lot to digest here.
