Tonight breaking news the earthquake hitting right outside New York City and just moments ago the aftershocks felt just before we came on the air a preliminary reading in these aftershocks 4.0.

This was the strongest quake in the region since the late 1800s, the 4.8

magnitude quake in New Jersey. It was centered right between New York City and Philadelphia.
