This week Congress still awaits the full Mueller report

from Attorney General Bill Barr who says that he will need to redact

significant portions of the report due to grand jury material. What kinds of information

needs to be redacted and under what circumstances can a court

authorize its release. Also, House Ways and Means Chairman Richard Neal

has requested six years worth of Trump's tax returns from the IRS.

The White House says he'll never see them.

Can the IRS be compelled to turn the tax returns over to Congress,
