So instead of prepping for today's podcast,

we don't have a topic today.

There wasn't like a specific, you know, thing that we wanted to dive into.

We just kind of wanted to hop on and chat, talk about life.

Little shitty. Things have been flipped upside down in the past couple weeks.

We uploaded our last

podcast this morning and we were doing once every Wednesday uploading.

It took a little time off. It took yeah you know shit got kind of weird the whole fucking world exploded yeah

So you know we were not on any particular schedule but that last podcast was to film two weeks ago and it's crazy to think how like I was watching it and I was like

That literally seems like months ago. Yeah like it seems like even the way I was talking I was talking about hide. Oh, I'm not I'm not to be on the news now, you know, like I'm not going to be scrolling on

Twitter looking at the news.

And guess what?

My screen time has gone up about 65%.

It's all news, huh?

I mean, it's kind of like, how can you not?

I mean, I'm trying to just pay attention to,

I told my mom if something like breaks you know like a breaking headline
