And I said, no, I'm good.

And he got even closer and through his teeth, he said, nobody says no to me, try it.

And like shoved it in my face.

This is a guy that we know has lied, in cases.

Not a white lie to his mom about why he's late to dinner.

He's a liar. His department says it.

The county attorney's office says it.

The jury didn't get to know it.

And even still, even now, 10 years later, after everything that he's done and they know

that he's a documented liar, he's, he has more of what credibility than I did.

And then I do.

Up until this point, we've told you about two women who accused the same Phoenix Police Officer

of sexual misconduct.

The officer denied the allegations.

In one case, a jury agreed with them.

In both cases, his superiors did too.

The officer had a bad track record, allegations of misconduct and lying.

But all of that remained hidden.
