This was a very emotional, painful experience,

but I don't want this to be maybe in a victim of a situation,

but once you see things constantly,

you have to acknowledge the toxicity

or an unhealthy situation you're in, and like you said,

you have to choose yourself.

If you can't love yourself, nobody else will.

And so I think that's like the biggest takeaway that I will

take from this whole process, this whole experience,

in everything that's within you.
