Hey everybody, it's Friday. We made it through another one. Almost. Today is apparently potentially

a big news day. I forget it wasn't Chris Hayes. Was it one of them on cable news who was saying

that he predicts that because Justice Department guidelines say blah, blah, blah with investigations,

nothing after Labor Day before an election that leaves today is the last news day for big stuff to

drop from the Justice Department. Manifort pardon, manifort pardon. Maybe. I don't know if he can,

I don't think he can do it one nor do I think he can do it yet, even if he could.

Oh well, and he says that he won't. This is Francesca,

if you're a team by the way. Good to have you here. I'm John Adrola. This is The Damage Report.

Feeling very damaged today. We've got so much to get to, so much work ahead of us, but some of it

is going to be fun. Let's start off with something, I don't know, fun, bad for the country, but feels

good for me. And that's really what's important. So let's forget this first graph. You're going to

see Trump approval and disapproval, the newest numbers. And he has reached 60% disapproval,

which is a big number obviously. I believe in this particular poll, it's the highest it's ever been,

but much more interestingly, the strongly disapproved is 53%. I don't know that I've ever seen

as high of a share of disapprove be so strongly. What is an adult in 2018? That's my only question.

This says all adults. And I'm just not sure if the definition is still the same.

Have we lowered the age of adulthood? I think we should raise it. We've definitely lowered the bar.
