0:07.7	But I'm actually slightly proud of myself because I haven't missed one yet, so almost two

0:14.2	But before I started today, I had been getting a lot of questions about Jiu-Jitsu and the
0:18.8	camps that I go to, so I was going to do an ad read, which is not really an ad read.
0:23.7	But so for people who've been asking, I'm not one to give investment advice because I like
0:29.1	to buy high and sell low and new cars and all that stuff that doesn't pay off well.
0:33.1	But I think that investing in yourself is probably the best investment you can make.
0:38.2	And you came and watched a little Jiu-Jitsu yesterday.

0:42.4	I do it as much as I can.
0:43.4	And I have found that going to camps and seminars, it actually, it kind of helps accelerate

0:50.6	And the ones that I've been really enjoying are the Henry Aikens camp, the coach I've been
0:56.4	telling you, it kind of been falling around and he has specifically hidden Jiu-Jitsu camps.
