Yo, parish orphans, this is a special episode. I don't do too many like this, where I sit around

in my comfortable office and without bothering, troubling to interview somebody, I look at another

interview and I break it down and I give my

thoughts. I think it's a cop-out usually. But on Friday, two days ago, the 11th of July,

there was an interview by Candace Owens of Nicholas Fuentes. That happened that had been much anticipated. And it's

sufficiently important that people understand this one, people right of center, and particularly

from my perspective, two far right Catholics, that for all of its moments of chippiness, I want people to understand

the real ideas at play.

And I want people to be able to understand how, even though it was a chippy interview,

it's a positive thing.

And that right-wing Catholics who are having a moment, a reawakening, as it's been called, in the last 300 years, here in America, which is the most important thing, can continue to move forward with good momentum.

Because Candice Owens has a crowd that is fashioned after her.

Nick Flentes has a crowd that is, again, approximately in both cases, fashioned after him.

That's what happens with followings of any sort.

It's a kind of likeness phenomenon.

The crowd looks like the person in some modified form.

And these are different people, as you saw on Friday, with different crowds. Nevertheless,

they're important influencers, each in his own way, and they're each Catholic. And I care very

much about Catholic cohesion and coherence to the extent that it's possible. I'm also not one of

these mindless unify unify

drones. People have legitimate difference of ideas and opinions, which does drive them apart.

So I'm a realist. I live in the world, but not of it, if I can do my best. And that's why,
