So this may be a short and sweet podcast, but this is one that's going to, gonna go ahead and say kick you in the rear it's

going to be a little bit of a gut check a little bit of calling you out a little bit of giving you

some grace so i'm going to talk about what we i think is a topic that can never get old of

talking about one that i think needs to be talked about more often and one of maybe helping you get over

your fears so comparison I'm sure you're like oh here we go again and yes yes here we go again

because I'm going to go ahead and give you a little bit of grace and a little reminder to tell

yourself that you are an actual human being. I mean, unless you're

some robot on the internet listening to this, you are a human being and you are made to compare.

So your mind goes in survival mode. Your mind is to literally seek out the weakest link. But society actually has us going the

opposite. So you can look at somebody and compare yourself and be like, oh, I'm doing, I'm doing good.

Like, you know, they've been doing it this long and this is how they're doing. Like, you could do

that. You could go and compare yourself to somebody who is doing less or has less
