Supreme Court struck down the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection

Act of 1992.

The court case in question actually had to do with New Jersey

because this is going back to 2012 where the state of New Jersey actually went about

introducing legislation to pass legalized sports betting.

Now at the time, the NCAA and all for the major sports leagues, struck down the ruling stating that it was, stating that the 2012

law for New Jersey violated the that the
