We are gonna get right into the NFL action this week

We have a London game coming up between the Patriots and Colts. I'm to get my dad on shortly but yeah some quick thoughts on

the UFC pay-per-view last night didn't cover it for the show mainly because I felt most of those fights were coin flips. The only fight I felt somewhat

confident in was Mackenzie Dern beating just gone drage and of course that turned into a complete debacle because for whatever reason

Mackenzie Dern changed camps looked completely horrible in her stand-up game

which was aypical from her last couple of outings. Like, I don't know why she got rid of Jason Perillo, but clearly it was a huge impact. And yeah in terms of the championship fights you had

Tom Aspinall beat Sergei Pavlovich but honestly both guys were swinging hard I you know truth be told it

easily could have been Pavlovich the way they were swinging at each other it was

not a guarantee that um there was not a guarantee that

Aspenel was winning that fight because he got clipped to Pallovich was swinging like they just got popped to, Pavlovich was swinging, like they just got popped and Pavlovich goes down and

Aspidels the interim heavyweight champion.

If you're telling me that's what we're supposed to be afraid of for John Jones.

I haven't seen enough yet to realistically say that this is a matchup Jones should be scared of.

This is still very much favoring in terms of Jones.

Aspenol is still very chinty.

I'm sorry, it's like, it's the simple fact that a matter, I think Aspenal is very chinty.

I know the UK is going to get excited and hype up Tom Aspenal even more now because of the title win.
