This has been a request from numerous people about why I haven't talked about much in baseball this year outside of my preview.

Realistically, the rule changes that's all everyone wanted to talk about

because they weren't up to speed on the rule changes but I gotta say I was right I told you guys you were going to focus on the rule

changes but guess what at the end of the day it made the game better because it

started bringing it closer to what baseball used to

resemble before we got into this bloated four-hour mess of nothing but

relief pitchers and guys stalling out games unnecessarily.

It was unturnable watching baseball in terms of unless you were a true diehard

purest, which again I love watching sports. I love watching baseball, but even I know the

product sucked. And so while this is still not a true fix because we still have a bunch of players that are not well rounded in terms of what they should be doing, at least, at least we are in a better spot than we were a couple of years ago where again the

product was unwatchable to the casual viewer and at the end of the day you should be caring about who else is watching beyond your fellow

Sport friends because realistically that's genuine interest is what baseball is like for so many years

that it's going to be a mountain of a hill to even get back to the level it was

15 years ago because the NBA has replaced baseball in terms of popularity in the U.S.

Whether they want to admit it or not, that's the truth of the matter.
