All right folks, I just wanted to get a couple things out of the way because unexpectedly had a take off last week due to some family issues and you know I'll be perfectly honest to in addition to family issues

the Mar Hamlin situation did kind of strike me a different way given the circumstances because it saw a lot of

ugliness just truth be told when DeMar went down and just folks not even being remotely like

concerned about the fact that we may have someone literally at death's door on the field and people asking

about what's going to happen to their bets what's going to happen to the game was like

the priorities were very much in alignment so you know I just like there

was a lot of discussion and in my opinion a lot of ugliness just put me in a bad spot overall it was not a good week also personally

So it just I'll be honest it was just like kind of one of those downer type weeks so took the mental break

which was needed from doing the show but know, I'll also say this.

Because there was a lot of ugliness and then you start seeing the good. I mean obviously the

medical professionals that were able to save his life that night on the field when you know you was technically dead.

It is still a miracle that he survived given the situation that he undergone with the cardiac arrest and

the amount of time he was non-responsive so there was a miracle in itself there. And then the folks in Cincinnati, now I'm blanking

at the name of the hospital, because I had it before, and oh yeah there we go University Cincinnati Medical

Center and then the trainer the bills trainerenny Kellington, who performed the life-saving CPR.

You know, again, just because again, for me, when I was watching that I honestly thought

the hamlin was gonna die on that field like Like truth be told, like the amount of time in the
