I know folks have been asking me what the big plan is for

episode 300 and to be honest I really didn't put too much stock into it really I

just want to keep it business as usual but I can't think of a better

story about the show in general than what happened yesterday in the UFC 267 pay-per-view where you have a 42-year-old

Glover Teshara basically at the end of his career.

I mean realistically if he did not win yesterday in his title fight against

Jan Blachovitch for the light strap, he very well could have retired because

Glover had worked himself back into title contention over a span of, I didn't realize it was this long ago but his title match against John

Jones was over seven years ago I honestly could not believe it was that long

ago that it was UFC 172 back in April 26, 2014,

was his unanimous decision loss to John Jones.

I couldn't believe it was that long ago.

Honestly, it did not seem that long ago,

but that's how crazy life is sometimes. Because we've seen Glover be just this dominant guy

from originally being like Chuck Liddell's training partner, everyone waiting for him to try to come over to the United States from Brazil.

And you know, you see him progress to the point where he's a title contender.
