Well, as always, it's an honor to be here. I have a couple of special segments to air this week. I actually have a spot from Shapeways about talking about how to get

your ideas from your head to the printer, the 3D printer, that is. And I have Matthias Weeks from

Adepticon. That means I have to listen to the whole show just so I can get to those interviews. So that's

Well, Matthias, you heard him shortly after Adepticon last year. He's been on the show before.

He's been on a couple times.

He's one of the primary organizers of the event. And we talk about just how giant it is. I mean, it's probably going to be close to 4,000 people there. That's crazy. Yeah. I mean, it's wall-to-wall gaming. I mean, you know, it's a can't miss event. you'll least I feel that way.

And if that sounds like big and like intimidating and weird to you, it's a can't miss event. At least I feel that way. And if you're, if, if that sounds like big and like intimidating and weird to you, it's not. Like, like when I say it's water wall to wall gaming, there are hundreds of games being played and not just formal tournaments and stuff. There's open gaming. There's demos. It's, it's one of the closest things to a get real full on convention that our hobby has.

Have you guys seen the video of it's like this riding group?

They're like motorcycle tourists and they were coming through Chicago.

And they come and you could tell they really want to make fun of people when they first see everything going on at Depticon.

And then just the scale of it just starts to sort of overwhelm them and they like really warm up to the whole idea you can tell one guy's like well maybe I'll

get something yeah wouldn't mind get some of this we also talked to Andrew Thomas from

Shapeways who I had on the episode for Adepticon last year.

And after that, you know, we, of course, kept up and hung out the LVO and, of course,

Shapeways that had a presence of the LVO, and we talked about making some trophies for our

upcoming tournament, the Louisville Slugga coming up in June.

And so he has helped me get the idea for some trophies from my head to the printer. And then we thought, wouldn't this be a cool, like, segment to talk about other people out there that might be in the same situation that don't know where to start with 3D printing or shapeways or whatever. And so I think it's a neat segment. It's going to be a series of segments that we do.
