So just hold tight on that. It's episode 173. Tons of content coming out. We have not released that other player spotlight that we have. Probably do that next week. We are going to take a couple of weeks off for the holidays. Give my folks here some much needed rest. But I appreciate y'all sticking with me for as long as you possibly can.

You know what, Paul, if you don't mind me, just jumping in here because I don't do this often. I don't interrupt the show ever, right, Paul? It's not. Let's just hear what you got to say. So I actually did, it's the first time ever. The first podcast ever did was Forge a narrative, and I'm still here, and I hung around. I'm the shop rat. and the folks of white metal games asked me to be on a show,

talk about appreciating and all kinds of painting stuff. But it's actually a really interesting

show. We talked about a lot of really interesting painting techniques that we don't get to

dive into our finishing move segment. And we will in the future, I promise. Paul and I have

talked about that.

But it's a good show.

We have, of course, a lot to digest since we've got the release of two books back-to-back. The Trailer legions coming off the back of Rath of Magnus and then, you know, with the Aege's the Imperium coming out, and we'll talk about all that.

But I think we finally kind of had this Traders' Legions book in our hand long enough that

we've been able to kind of come up with some pretty interesting combos from some of the legions that maybe don't get as much play as the big four.

Absolutely a spectacular book. I am thrilled with what GW's done with this with the Trader Legion book.

I think the chapter tactics, and for the rest of the show, that's why I'm going to refer to them as their Legion benefits or whatever Legion benefits or whatever, but just colloquially, we're going to call them chapter tactics. Each Legion, each individual Legion got some kind of bonuses. We should refer to them as Legion tactics, even though they're not, they're not called that. He got that. Like, I was just supposed to say, let's call Legion Texas. Because these guys, they don't follow no codex.

Yeah.

Well, whatever you call them, they are spectacular.

And really, I think that it's a master's stroke of rules writing on behalf of Games Workshop for one really important reason.

Well, actually, really two.

First one is they've, every

previous formation that they have released from Black Legion, Crimson Slaughter, the original

2012 Chaos Space Marine book, every single unit formation, release, relic set, warlord trait needs to be revisited nine times.
