interview to do after this first little intro of the show, but I want to introduce you to

the 40K. What's up, team? And Ricky Addington. This isn't where I parked my car. No, this is not. Hey, look, thank you for coming. We're not recording on our normal day due to some technical difficulties. So updates, look, I'm not a scientist. All I know is it didn't work yesterday. Today seems to be working. And Ricky was available, so we grabbed him. I love that. I'm not a scientist.

It's right up there with my favorite, like, you know, caveat.

Like, I'm not good at math, but we found Ricky Addington.

Those two things really matter together.

He's actually relevant because he's throwing a tournament in his scene pretty soon, right? When's the day to that tournament? That is, let's see here. It's going to be October 22nd. So not too far away from now. And it's in, where is it? It's in Kingsport, Tennessee. So Tri-Cities area right there where Bristol is, Virginia, Tennessee state line. It's about about five hours, I think, from you guys. You guys have a great scene up there. But more importantly, it is. I'm totally coming to that. October? October 27th. It's a prior for war zone. These guys are using war zone missions or whatever we have published by then, the rules of engagement. And it's going to be a mini war zone event for people to kind of get in that scene their hands on the missions and maybe play them if they're not doing some independent play testing on their own. Yeah, I mean, that's the big thing for us is, you know, we really strive to stay in the middle tables when we go to war zone. So this is just a chance for us to get better. You know, we don't want to go too hard, you know, get those top tables. We want to make sure we can back off and just stay the course. Throw the back. Yeah, yeah. Enjoy the middle tables. Yeah. Tom Collins will take care of most of that for me. Even if that happens, you know, thank you for helping get the word out there and create the enthusiasm in your area and and just again just

and coming down to the event ultimately too that's that's really meaningful to us well it's it's

the best event in 40k you know it's a I plan my entire social calendar around it I don't know if

that's good or sad for me but it happens if all your friends are there you know that's fine

yeah it's good enough I'll be there. I want to talk briefly about Warzone, though, is that we're adding more Friday night events to the schedule. And the bugs are not worked out of this one yet. It is going to happen. But there will be a Horace-Hiracy 30K kill team event on Friday night. So see. Sign me up. You got to take Friday off. You got to get there Friday like during the day proper. Check into your hotel around lunchtime on Friday and really get the, get the weekend started properly. I mean, if we're going to do big time events on Friday night, you know, it's the biggest party.

It's the biggest party in 40K, right? Like, that's how the event is promoted. And if you're going to party, you got to get there during the day and get your head right. So that's pretty awesome. And 30K, while it's a balanced game as a whole, like if you were to take a 2,000 point game or what, a 2,500 point game, it's pretty balanced. when you get down to the 200 point level, this is what I'm thinking about doing a 300 point one that's themed off the Battle of Isfond 3.

That's where in the books where Horace actually turns on the Loyalist Marines for the first... Now I I got to put Loken together, Paul. And then sends down. Yeah, then he sends down Angron. Or Angron actually just gets kind of frustrated that things aren't happening quick enough and Angron joins the fight by himself. It's very... Yeah, no, they did not send Angron. Angron sent Angron. Yeah, that's true.

I want to have that be the theme or the battle. And then I want to take it a step further.

And this is all in kind of the works.

But I want the winners of the game to be able to decide whether or not they are loyalists or heretics.
