Florida State is retaining Mike Norvell.

the ages where Alabama needing a win to make the college football

playoff goes into Auburn, which has an interim coach.

But things always get weird when they play the Iron Bowl at Jordan Hare Stadium.

That phone call was Mike Norvel is going to be safe, going to get kept. Florida safe fans are beside themselves because of this situation,

but it was a $58.4 million buyout, and the Seminoles have opted not to take part in the coaching

carousel this year. Yeah, and think about that big number and all the numbers that they already spent this over the last year.

So they had built a new football facility. They renovated the stadium, dad, premium seating at a combined cost of close to $400 million.

And you think about the amount of staff contract stuff they have, money sort of budgeted,

that they budgeted for the staff, Gus Mazin, Tony White coordinators hired on these big contracts.

And then the team and the roster and the contracts they have with the roster.

And they spent a lot of money.
