Ingram Smith, Bud Elliott here, back again, do another episode of the Noelcast, but this

will be the final kind of instant reaction type podcast that we've done.

When I say that, I don't mean so much the event, but rather the audio quality.

I appreciate you guys being there with us as we've gone through an editor slash producer

search.

Hope to have somebody on board by the time of the next podcast.

This will hopefully result in a little better levels, audio quality in general for you,

and also the return of the theme songs or something that everybody can be excited about.

As for us, always excited to be able to record a Noelcast and always excited and fortunate

to be able to pair with the people of Louisiana hot sauce.

Three simple ingredients, one fantastic product, tip of the hat to the people at New Iberia

as always, and a thank to them for what they've done for the Noelcast and the support to

you, the listener, of giving them.

Bud with that, let's transition our focus almost exclusively to a recruiting podcast.

We'll have this be hopefully will be evergreen.

We'll be doing another podcast within the next 36 hours or so as a full recap of what

the 2020 class look like.

But we'll do this to kind of talk about what's out there, what could be for 2020 and also

give people some updates, some pretty positive ones when it comes to what's being done

on the 2021 class.
