Hey guys, what's going on?

I'm Bud Elliott and this is the Noel Cast and I am doing a solo episode tonight.

Why?

Because we put off yesterday's episode and then Engram's AC broke again for the second

day in a row.

So he is in a really good mood.

If you guys have any, you know, home ownership stories, Engram's got one for sure.

Do this week, I actually got a water heater issue in my house.

It's not preventing me podcasting through, you know, you fight through it and you're okay.

Anyway, so what we're going to do, we're actually going to do two shows this week.

We're going to do a little recruiting focus show probably Thursday ish, I would think.

But tonight I just want to talk a little bit about stuff that I learned at ACC Media

Day and let's just go ahead and start there.
