Bud Elliot back again for another episode the Noel cast but if if there is such a thing is a special

podcast then tonight is one of the more important, one of the more significant

podcasts that we do annually particularly in the lead up to the year. So we're

going to try to be as bold and honest, perhaps more importantly as possible, and just give people and ideas to what we see playing out over the next, over the next five months or so.
