Good afternoon, and welcome everybody! This would be the Jeff Cameron show, right here on 933 Real Talk Radio, and Warchant TV. Good to have you on board. Thanks for being with us in a fine, balls-fick Wednesday.

It's you and yours. Almost feels like a holiday week, doesn't it? If I'm on Twitter at Jay Cameron show across the glass, my man T. Lizzie, director Matthew, you are you and you're with us, and that's good. Appreciate you.

Feeling good about the game? Feeling better about the game? Everybody feeling ready for the game? I think ready is the appropriate wording today. I think most people are ready for this thing.

Excited about the potential, obviously. But you know, what's possible? What's possible is Florida State goes up there and adds to the woes and the frustrations of Clemson fans, players, coaches. That's the hope.

And I believe that it is entirely possible. I don't know that I would with great gusto tell you that it's going to happen. There are some matchup issues for Florida State.

And some things that teams in the conference have been able to expose about Clemson that I'm not sure where capable of exposing.

But I, but there are other aspects of this game that we are 100% capable of ratcheting up the intensity and the frustrations as we explore Clemson's weakened offensive line in particular in the interior.

And I think Florida State has a distinct advantage in this game at that one spot. This is screaming to me low scoring if there aren't big plays, if there aren't busts. I don't know that either team is going to have a lot of success driving the field against the other.

I don't feel like that is going to be in the cars. You might get some big plays because there's some athletes out here. Clemson still has a couple guys out on the perimeter that you worry about if there are busts in our secondary.

So communication continues to be key. Those guys for the most part have avoided the glaring bust where somebody's running wide open really post second half of the Louisville game.

We haven't seen a ton of those busts. We haven't seen the communication breakdown that we saw at the beginning of the season, which was omnipresent quarter to quarter game to game.

And then slowly but surely began to dissipate as they became more and more certain about who they liked in that secondary and those guys got the vast majority of the play time playing time the reps and that helps that those reps help in that communication helps that trust helps the confidence that's built from doing it right and having success that has been something we've seen more and more of and that's exciting.

And then I think from there I would suggest that you know the other side of the ball is where I worry is for states offense going against Clemson's defense. This is a game and opportunity coaches love to say this all the time and anytime you're playing a team that's let's say ranked higher than you like if you think about basketball over the years in the last few years in particular when for the state is taking on a Duke or somebody like that and they've had an opportunity to take on a higher ranked team on the road.

Leonard Hamilton always talks about it's a great test but he also points out to his team through the press that this is your chance here here now you're tested in a way you haven't been can you prove to yourself and everybody else that you're ready for this moment that it's not too big for you in short it's a hell of an opportunity.

I think that's true of this offensive coaching staff Mike Norbell can you tell him to help an opportunity to show that you can come up with a game plan here against a group that you are outmatched by upfront really Clemson outmatch is almost everybody when it comes to their defense first and opposing offense they have one of the elite defenses in the country now that defense can get worn down and is not immune to getting frustrated by the impotence of an offense.

How many times have you seen it how many times over the years both in professional football and in college football where a team has a strong unit a stronger unit than the opposing the other side of the ball whatever it might be right this segment group is our strength well in this case of Clemson it's pretty much the entirety of that defense they're out there all the time trying to win football games for their team because the offense cannot score doesn't move the ball too many three in-house and at some point that group which possesses a lot of talent decides to go through the motions.

And we don't know Clemson could be on the precipice of going through the motions. I think if I were a Clemson fan this week I'd be on the lookout for just that if they're ratchet it up if they're buttoned up if they're intense four states can have a hard time moving the ball against that team if that defense is looking over at that offense with a whole lot of what does it you say you do here in their eyes then maybe just maybe we watch that program go into further disarray and wouldn't it be great that we help from

further the process along wouldn't it be great to remind folks that these things don't last forever your time is not it would be a beautiful time to make that announcement and to see this staff put together a game plan that exploits that the fragile psyche of a program that is having a bitter disappointment of a season.

Yeah, I think you know defensively for us the game plan probably is going to mirror the North Carolina game plan where if it's DJ or Pumachon you guys can run no problem but you're not going to beat us over the top right so go ahead if you want to use the quarterbacks legs we're going to give you that.

And that might be alarming at times in the moment where you say my god are we going to put a spy on this guy but there are bigger fish to fry you don't want to get burned for 80 yards because for Clemson every point means so much more than it used to the last four or five seasons they don't score 20 points in regulation.

The one thing I will say after watching the pit game is that I am worried and we talked about this on I think even last week for you last week where yeah they're kind of like a time bomb with all those athletes and you're just worried they don't block it up and they just lost their best interior offensive lineman injury it was a second drive of the game against chip do you see his thank you to the media.
