was sitting, this came out of nowhere. I did not expect Florida State to have resolution to

this issue that's been a couple of years in the making 15, 16 months in terms of legal action.

But Ira, we've been talking about the ACC, Florida state relative payouts for years and

years and years.

It's just about a settled issue, literally, a settlement.
